Allison started in 2013 to help bring a fresh young outlook to the team. Being Howard’s daughter, she was both excited and nervous to join the family business. She immediately began attending after-hours events with Liz to get to know property managers in the industry and learning the business through project management and estimating. Allison is responsible for estimating and managing interior and exterior commercial repaint projects with a focus on office, retail and industrial flex properties. Allison is an active member of BOMA. She is the BOMA Outreach Committee Chair and is a BOMA Golf Committee member.

In March 2020, Allison was selected as one of Charlotte's 50 Most Influential Women!! We are so very proud of her and the empowerment she helps provide to women through Mecklenburg Paint Company!
