We work hard to ensure we have the best crew on each and every single job we do! Our Crew Leaders (Foreman) are indicated below. We have a high employee retention, with the majority of our employees being with us for over 5 years, many for over 10 years, and a few for over 20 years! We take pride in quality and dependability here at Meck Paint. We have a focus on quality work and a teamwork environment. In January 2020, each of our office and field have completed OSHA10 Training.

OSHA 10-HOUR CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY TRAINING
We had a mandatory OSHA10 Training Course for all Mecklenburg Paint Company employees, both office and field. Here at Meck Paint, we have an edge over our competitors by staying up to date with training and safety measures. Each of our office and field are equipped with communication and safety skills required to execute jobs efficiently, but also with the safety of their crew as a top priority. We maintain a family focused mentality at Meck Paint, which allows us to continuously lead the maintenance painting industry in and around the Charlotte Area.
