About Our Crew

Each approved project has a Foreman who leads their crew. The crew size depends on the job and how quickly it needs to be done. All of our painters are our own employees. Team members work well together because they know each other’s strengths. Many of our foremen have been with us for over 20 years. We pride ourselves on keeping a low turnover rate and having skilled painters who are trustworthy and familiar with many commercial and industrial facilities in Charlotte and nearby areas.
