When Howard retired in 2017, he brought on his son-in-law, David to take over Operations Management. David’s expertise in the field, ability to communicate in Spanish and knowledge of clients he had also worked with in the past became a valuable addition to the team. David is responsible for managing the warehouse, our foreman and crews from an operations standpoint to ensure all flows smoothly on a day to day basis. This includes managing the schedule, communicating with the field, our office and our clients in English and in Spanish as needed.
